Enrolment
To book any of our services, students can fill in the signup form provided onour website, contact us by email or come to the school in person.
Alternatively, they can book through an appointed agent or agency. Signing upwhatever the means used implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions
Payment
Payment is possible by credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa) either online orin person at the school. Students that have paid in advance will have absolutepriority. Online payments are through secure methods and students can be assured that there data is protected at all times.
Cancellations & Terminations
Cancellation refers to the period up to the start date of the first course you are attending.
Cancellations in all circumstances can be converted to online classes or as a voucher that can be used at any of our destinations. However, if students do not wish to take up the online offer, cancellations will be refunded at the following rates:
· More than 14 days before the scheduled start date: 50% of tuition fees and 80% of other fees (e.g., accommodation or tours).
· 14 days or less before the scheduled start date:50% of tuition fees and 50% of other fees.
Termination means stopping or leaving all or part of the course or courses booked, including extensions, once the first class has started. In all cases, no refunds will be made after the arrival date listed on the booking confirmation form.Any courses or lessons missed or cancelled due to late arrival, early departure, illness, or any other circumstances will be converted to online classes only for full remaining weeks not attended.
